Please note that this job is HYBRID work from home. You will be required to work at least 2 days per week in the office in Roseville, MN. The other 3 days you can work from home if you like.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading insurance company to fill their open Account Executive job in Roseville, MN. To qualify, you must possess at least five years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You must also possess a Life and Health insurance license. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $60,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on your level of previous experience. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:
-Servicing 80+ clients in the field (40-50% of your time will be spent traveling locally)
-Providing excellent customer service
-Educating clients and potential clients on financial products
-Attending relevant conferences and conventions
-Conducting needs and policy analyses
-Serving as a liaison between clients and partner carriers
-Reviewing contracts and maintaining compliance

Qualifications:
-At least five years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role required
-Previous experience in the insurance industry required
-Health and Life insurance license required
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent organizational skills

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on your level of previous experience
