First Look: Account Director, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit is looking for an experienced & creative deal maker to sell integrated partnerships across the entire property including digital & social media, events, print, talent, e-commerce and more. Candidates must be self-starters who can thrive in both a start-up and corporate environment.
The Arena Group's expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $110,000-$150,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group's total compensation and benefits available to its employees.

What You'll Do
- Create new business opportunities while maintaining current partnerships & relationships
- Ability to accurately identify and assess opportunities while applying resources and strategies appropriately
- Create out of the box partnership opportunities that will generate revenue and buzz across all tentpoles of SI Swimsuit including all media, events, talent, e-commerce & more
- Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy from pre-sale to post sale
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years minimum of prior experience selling advertising/sponsorships to major accounts
- Prior experience working with high end talent & influencers
- Strong relationships with social media, experiential, marketing and PR/Talent buying agencies as well as clients directly
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills - creation and delivery
- Excellent negotiation skills
