Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make a mark in the world of Digital Marketing and project coordination? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Account Coordinator! We are seeking an individual who aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional service, maintain integrity, and prioritize client satisfaction.
This is a full-time, remote position. However, we prefer that you be within commuting distance to visit the Charlotte office and clients in the Carolinas, as-needed. From time to time, you may also be required to travel to meet the team or clients in other locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Project Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination of projects from initiation to completion, meeting both internal and client deadlines.
- Client Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring client expectations are not just met but exceeded.
- Documentation and Organization: Maintain meticulous project documents, fostering streamlined information flow within the team for optimal efficiency.
- Client Satisfaction: Contribute to high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support and responsiveness.
- Smooth Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by assisting in internal communication and coordination.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment, including internships, and preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Project management experience from initiation to completion.
- Strong familiarity with the web and Digital Marketing
- Understanding of SEO & PPC methodologies, website development projects, and the agency business model.
- Demonstrates responsiveness, effective communication, and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
- Comfortable picking up the phone for client interactions.
