Title: Account Coordinator
Reports to: Account Manager
Summary of position:
Responsible for assisting the Account Manager with the implementation and maintenance of key accounts. Project work typically includes working with key stakeholders in hospital enterprises to ensure the project’s success. Day to day activities will include the maintenance of hardware within a hospital, working with hospital staff to ensure customer satisfaction, and exploring additional growth opportunities with the Account Manager.

This tracking provides insight into the utilization and data flow of assets, which can be used to guide future purchasing and strategic planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Account Manager and other stakeholders on new/existing projects
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication
- Report on the status of accounts to Account Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Logistics, or other related field
- Recent college grad or up to five years-experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to act independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with key stakeholders
- Operational/project management preferred
- Excellent listening, verbal communication, and organization skills
- Passionate about technology and innovations, driven by technical & commercial disruptive challenges
- Enthusiasm and initiative to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-centric, open-minded approach to problem solving and result-focused with ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity MS Office Suite, included MS Teams, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to utilize common hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
