Account Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Account Clerk to join our team. The Account Clerk will be responsible for providing support in various accounting functions, including data entry, account analysis, and general ledger accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting skills and be proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and UltiPro. ```Responsibilities```
- Processes a variety of documentation associated with department operations per established procedures and within designated timeframes
- Distributes documentation or retains records as appropriate
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct credit analysis on customers and vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed

```Experience```
- Proven experience working in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and UltiPro software
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate accounting
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Familiarity with accounts receivable functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
