Office Clerk/Collection Agent

We are looking for an Office Clerk/Collection Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing loans, processing payments, problem solving, customer service, verifying information/ The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations. Responsibilities:

• Processing Loans
• Verifying Information
• Contact customers to collect past due payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Maintain customer records and update payment information.
• Keep accurate records of customer accounts and payment history.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.
• Follow up on customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.
• Multitasking
