Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account-Based Marketing Manager with a passion for creating and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our manufacturing industry clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging key accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for the manufacturing sector.
2. Client Segmentation: Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify high-value manufacturing industry accounts and create detailed account profiles.
3. Personalization: Craft personalized marketing content and campaigns for key accounts, ensuring messaging resonates with their specific needs and pain points.
4. Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating digital, social, email, and offline tactics to reach target accounts effectively.
5. Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce industry-specific content that positions our IoT solutions as essential tools for manufacturing clients.
6. Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
7. Marketing Technology: Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture key accounts effectively.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, including lead generation and customer retention.
9. Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer advocates and references to strengthen the company's reputation in the manufacturing industry.
10. Budget Management: Manage the account-based marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
· 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on account-based marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or IoT industry.
· Profound understanding of the manufacturing sector, its challenges, and trends.
· Proven experience in creating and executing successful account-based marketing campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
