Position Overview

We are risk advisors that help people and businesses prepare and recover from what life can throw at them. It could be an accident with their car, home, or business or making sure they can pay their bills if they get sick or hurt, or helping provide the funds needed to have a family financially recover when a loved one passes away.
As a member of our agency team, you will have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community and promote State Farm products that pay at a time of a covered loss. Your coach will help make sure you are equipped to accomplish these tasks and make a real difference!
Responsibilities
- Reach out and engage new leads in the community.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Meet with current and new clients to help advise and expose their changing needs.
