Accociate Attorney (Hybrid)

Description:

Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney sought for expanding personal injury law firm in mid-Pinellas. 2-5 years of experience required in civil.
This position includes writing of Complaints, pleadings, responding to opposing legal briefs and motions, and the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. There is also the opportunity to assist with and be a part of trials.
Candidates must be current members of the Florida Bar in good standing.
