- Provide face-to-face and/or virtual advice to students in all matters related to academic and/or curriculum matters
- Assist with and coordinate registration procedures
- Advise student group(s);
- Conduct Camp War Eagle (new student orientation) and S.O.S. (transfer student orientation) sessions
- Evaluate and maintain confidential student records
- Participate in undergraduate recruiting efforts
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Level I: No experience required.
Level II: 3 years of experience in academic advising in higher education is required.
Level III: 5 years of experience in academic advising in higher education is required.
Substitutions allowed for Experience:
When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, a related and relevant graduate degree may substitute for two (2) year’s experience.
