SalaryFoster Business Consulting is looking for motivated individuals who are experienced in Membership and Financial Reconciliation processes for the Federally Facilitated Exchange (FFE) and/or State-Based Exchanges (SBE).

If you are experienced in this space, then you know how much health insurance payers struggle to maintain accurate membership alignment with FFE and SBEs and the impact to their Financial Reconciliation for premium, APTC, and Fees.

In this role you will:
- Work with a highly experienced motivated team to develop best-in-class processes for reconciliation activities
- Conduct Monthly reconciliation activities leveraging client RCNO, Pre-Audit, 834, 820, and HICS data (and the equivalent for SBEs)
- Resolving Membership Issues and providing status metrics to clients each month
- Support client inquires regarding member enrollment spans
- Monitoring and resolving any issues identified by the Enrollment Alignment Performance Summary reports (EAPS)
- Supporting the issuer as needed on calls with their CMS Account Manager (or state regulator for SBEs)
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in membership reconciliation on the FFM or an SBE.
- Highly proficient in your understanding of the FFM RCNI, RCNO, Pre-Audit, and 834 data.
- Proficient in MS-Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A background check is required and will be conducted by FBC.
