Ab Testing Specialist- Marketing

The Opportunity
As the Marking AB Testing Specialist you will report to the Sr. Manager, Retention Marketing and work closely with the CRM team! This is a important role where you will support AB testing objectives by leading tests throughout the test life cycle and analysis while also supporting larger Digital Marketing traffic-driven initiatives. You will help identify testing opportunities focused on maximizing reach, engagement, return on investment and growing, retaining, and developing our customers. You will manage the testing roadmap for traffic-driving initiatives and share out results to stakeholders.

Your Impact

• Assist the paid and owned marketing channels by collaborating on test objectives, defining a hypothesis, gathering light requirements and ensuring quality test design.
• Must have an eye for details in order to construct tests in various channel platforms and coordinate the setup of other tests in internal testing program with development team.
• Coordinate with the Traffic Central lead on the testing roadmap, development timeline, and runtimes.
• Coordinate the execution of primary and secondary reporting requests.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• You have 3+ years of A/B testing and eCommerce Retail experience.
• You should have a foundational knowledge of Testing Platforms, A/B Test Design and KPI's to a Digital or Marketing Driven Operation.
• You have prior experience analyzing data and possess a foundational understanding of Retail, eCommerce and Marketing Analytics.
• You are willing to come into the office 1 day per month. Flexibility is provided.
• You are comfortable with discussions when collaborating with Product Management, UX, Research, Tech, eCommerce Business, Analytics, Data Science, Voice of Customer, Content Creation and various platform vendors to inform the development of test design and strategy.
