Grant County 911 Dispatch Telecommunicator
Must be willing to train to obtain certification. Must be reliable, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include, Vacation, Sick Leave, State Retirement vested after 5 years of service. Applicants must submit to background check and drug screen.
Currently hiring for the following shifts:
- Sunday through Wednesday, 2:00 pm - 12:00 am
- Sunday through Wednesday, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Wednesday through Saturday, 2:00 pm - 12:00 am
- Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Job Duties Include:
- Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls.
- Operate radio system.
- Multitasking with phone, radio and computer applications.
- Criminal Justice documentation data entry and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
