Job Description
At Irby, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication between various departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact and order information.
  • Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to contribute to product/service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to conceptualize, plan, and execute events that align with the company's objectives and brand image.
    • Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure all details are meticulously coordinated.
    • Research and recommend venues, catering services, and other event-related vendors.
    • Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Oversee on-site event management, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees.
  • Maintain communication with participants, sponsors, and stakeholders before, during, and after events.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance future events.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service ability.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment across departments.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.

  • Experience in dealing with the public.
