The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication between various departments. Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact and order information.
- Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to contribute to product/service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to conceptualize, plan, and execute events that align with the company's objectives and brand image.
- Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure all details are meticulously coordinated.
- Research and recommend venues, catering services, and other event-related vendors.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and accommodations.
- Oversee on-site event management, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees.
- Maintain communication with participants, sponsors, and stakeholders before, during, and after events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance future events.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service ability.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment across departments.
