Essential Job Functions
- Arrive & clock in at appropriate time
- Assemble items for daily menu preparation, follow daily production sheets for menu items, document items used or prepared.
- Keep your area & equipment clean, wipe up all spills immediately
- Work you assigned area during meal times (Serving, Cashier, Dishrom, Backing lines)
- Do prep work for the next day's menu when needed
Requirements
- Wear appropriate clothing, shoes & hair restraint
- Do not wear jewelry (except a wedding band) No visible piercing will be allowed
- Follow all safety standards & sanitation standards for food service
- Complete all required training in a timely manner & do the mandated yearly instructional training of 6 hours required by the USDA for all kitchen employees.
Non-essential Job Functions
- Be cooperative and help others when time permits
- Inform Manager or Food service director when equipment is not working properly or you use the last item of any product.
- Help others wherever you are needed.
