Job Description
Duties:
- The commercial team is looking for a Scaling Diverse Communities Strategy and operations Lead to shape and drive a global framework and business model that prioritizes guest and host representation reflective of the communities where we operate.
- In this role, you will work cross functionally to define guest and host diversity goals primarily in the U.S.
- You will be responsible for influencing and articulating integrated strategies that help focus on guest and Host recruitment, and host retention to reduce host churn and increase host success.
- You will do this by leveraging our community platform to drive commercial pilots and initiatives to retain our top hosts.
- You will be responsible for program development and execution.
- This role carries revenue and business performance goals.

Program development
- Developing a framework to define and track diversity goals.
- Building a community and retention strategy to help sustain and support diverse hosts.
- Analyzing drivers and levers of growth and building a plan to support diverse guests and host needs.
- Establish framework for performance measurement and piloting new tactics.
- Operationalize pilots and opportunities that fit the needs of the communities we aim to serve.
Community engagement
- You will be responsible for engaging our existing community of hosts and capturing their needs.
- You will design and implement programs that increase earnings and loyalty of ourtarget host segments.
- You will own, track, and report on revenue targets for the business.
- You will influence cross functional teams to prioritize and modify their efforts to support the needs of our community.
- You will lead through inspiration and our core value of belonging.
Skills:
- You are strategic in your thinking with a proven ability to define and own OKRs.
- Can forecast, model, and optimize growth tactics based on known and unknown performance.
- Advanced analytical skills preferred.
- You have experience building diversity goals in commercial tech and consumer goods industries.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Strong empathy for our community and passion for revenue and growth.
- Deep understanding of people powered sales cycles.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate-level or fluency in Spanish preferred.
- Expertise with SQL, Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, and other technology solutions for driving operational execution.
Education:
- 0+ years experience in strategy and operations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.)
Compensation Range: $120 to $128.50/hr
