Who You Are

• Licensure: A clinical license such as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or provisional licensure like LGPC, LMSW, MFTC is essential. Candidates must be licensed in Maryland or have the ability to transfer their license before the start date.
• One year of non-internship experience: Prior experience in family therapy and dealing with substance use and mental health treatment.
• Skills: Proficiency in evidence-based practices is required, including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
• Group Facilitation: Comfort in leading groups ranging from 15 to 30 individuals is necessary.
• Master's Degree - You have a master's degree in a relevant field.
