To be eligible for this position, you must have one of the following licenses in Maryland : LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LGPC, LMSW, or LGMFT. These are the clinical and provisional licenses that are accepted. If you have a clinical license in another state, you must be able to transfer it to Maryland before your start date.

Qualifications:

• A clinical or provisional license in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW, LCMFT, LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT)
• 2 years of non-internship experience in mental health treatment
• 2 years of experience facilitating group and individual therapy.
• Experience in a residential or outpatient facility is strongly preferred.
• Clinical skills and abilities in:
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Strong Documentation Skills
• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
