SalaryTechSYS Innovations, Inc. is offering the opportunity to join our team as full time 5 axis machinist.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3-5 years experience and offer competitive compensation between $30 - $40 per hour. Our 5 axis DMG MORI Mills all have Siemens controls supported by CAD-CAM Fusion F360.
Proficiency with manual measuring tools such as Calipers and Micrometers is required and experience utilizing Optical Comparators and CMMs is preferred.
Daily tasks will include efficient work planning in a team environment, in time ordering of tools, setting up mills and running production with a high emphasis on quality control.
Our facility is fully climate controlled and extremely clean.
```Duties```
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Programming Experience both Conversationally and utilizing CAM Systems
- Proficiency with Siemens Controls utilizing SHOPTURN/SHOPMILL is a big plus
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
