Milling Machinist Weekend Shifts

This includes working with Advanced Stainless Steel and other state of the art equipment to manufacture components to exact specifications. You must be a critical thinker, have a sharp attention to detail, and follow existing proven processes. This position is responsible for:

• Meeting production standards set for parts being machined or determining and communicating reasons for not meeting those standards
• Helps to develop final processes and accurately develops cycle time and tool life data
• Detects and reports faulty machine operation, defective material, equipment, drawing discrepancies, and other unusual conditions to their supervisor and manufacturing support
• Reading program code and understanding the order of operations needed to obtain quality parts
• Meeting production deadlines and managing priorities in addition to key performance objectives
