- Oversee shift associates and operations in distribution center
- Promote health, safety, housekeeping and quality initiatives within the entire workplace through LEAN concepts and events
- Work with distribution leadership team to set achievable performance goals
- Analyze and interpret performance data on a daily basis to push towards desired outcome
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills
- Provide input on performance assessments for team members
- Coordinate efforts with distribution leadership team to meet/exceed KPI’s
- Participate as a member of the First Responder Team
