Auto Care Center Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the auto center, managing a team of service technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided. Duties:

- Be able to change oil and tires.

- Be able to do price changes, set mods, and put out freight.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Maintain accurate records of team performance metrics and generate reports as required
- Assist with scheduling and workforce management to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, cash handling, and retail math is a plus
- Experience in payroll management, sales management, or negotiation is preferred

Pay: $19.03 - $22.92 per hour
