Salary3rd Shift Supervisor: Sunday Startup 9pm - 7am; M - TH 10pm - 7am
Supervise and coordinate activities of machine operators on their assigned shifts. Working knowledge of plastic injection molding and processes. Manage work force in most efficient way by assigning operators to machines based on skills and knowledge. Complete daily activities as assigned. Work and communicate with others to promote teamwork and stability. Time management/organizational skills essential. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve goals. Supervise up to 10 employees in production. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Other duties as assigned.
