This is a 3rd Shift position: Monday - Friday (5x8) 11pm to 7:30am                                                                                             

Summary: Install, trouble shoot and repair a variety of complex electrical systems and electronic devices

Key Responsibilities:  

• Keep electrical components of melt systems functioning
• Perform work to National electrical code, perform Continuous Improvement initiatives, adhere to all Environment, Health & Safety (EH & S) guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment
• May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills
• Mechanical aptitude, use volt-ohm meter and megger and read/work from drawing and schematic diagrams
• Call-in/ overtime when required
• Lift up to 25 lbs. independently, bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long period of time, and climbing stairs

Basic Qualifications:

• Electrical and Electronic Trades Training - Associates Degree or equivalent
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience

Additional information:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

• Onsite. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
