• $20.00-$30.00/hour - Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform sales consultations to understand clients' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Collaborate with clients to explain technical aspects, ensuring a clear understanding of services provided.
• Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
• Keep accurate records of service and installation activities, including equipment specifications and maintenance schedules.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment for both technicians and clients.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize service requests to meet customer expectations and timelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional services.
• Continuously train and develop technical skills to stay current with evolving HVAC technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Job requirements

• EPA Certification - Required
• 1+ years of experienceas an HVAC Technician -Required
• Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
