Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members, including training and development
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in technical sales, preferably in wireless or electronics sales
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Cash handling experience is preferred
