JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
REPORTS TO: Department Director
JOB SUMMARY: Manage the productivity of five (5) to fifteen (15) Resolution Agents.
Analyze and resolve all matters related to management policies and
general business operations. Accountable for their personal recovery
goal, group recovery goal, and development of staff.
JOB RELATIONSHIP: Position directly reports to the department Director. Required to build
rapport with other departments, and a cooperative relationship with all
employees, clients, consumers, and the public.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school education or equivalent
Related work experience in sales, customer service, or collections is preferred.
Satisfactorily completing MRS BPO, LLC's training period.
Proficient in computer/data entry.
(2-5) Years management experience is preferred.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF JOB
Manage the successful development of team members to meet client and company expectations.
Motivate team members to achieve monthly collection goals.
Participate in all departmental planning and processing as appropriate.
Perform all duties/ and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with all established company policies.
Sustain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative
harmonious working environment that will maximize employee morale, productivity and
efficiency/effectiveness.
Advise team members and assist in their growth in order to maximize individual development.
Assist consumers in the repayment of financial obligations through account maintenance according to
both Client and Company expectations.
Adhere to laws and regulations governing the collections industry in order to minimize MRS and its
Client's exposure to risk.
Provide the highest level of quality and trusted service to all customers in the credit and collection
industry at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
Determine and maintain effective relationships by exercising a high degree of professionalism.
Ability to meet time sensitive recovery goals established by the client.
