Job Description: 3-11 RN SupervisorLocation: Atlanta, GA, 30310

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during the 3-11 shift
• Ensure that all patient care is provided in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and development
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, and implement changes as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
