Receiving Lead - Full Time
Days/Hours Required: Mon - Friday, 3:30pm to 12:00 am
Hourly/Salary: Based on experience

Job Summary
Assist in receiving-related processes and help receiving team members accomplish tasks that will optimize flow and insure efficiency and accuracy
Job Requirements/Expectations:
- Be the example to all receiving team members
- Direct receiving team members as needed to maintain efficient flow
- Train new hires, provide supplemental training to seasoned team members, and actively report on progress as directed by receiving manager
- Promptly communicate all potential service failures to receiving manager or shift supervisor
- Anticipate and communicate all employee grievances to receiving manager or shift supervisor
- Work with management to implement solutions and improvements to ensure quality, safety, and operating efficiency
- Direct team in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
- Process daily inventory updates
- Provide daily department status reports
- Assist in frontline job functions as needed to maintain efficient workflow
- Clock a minimum of 40 hours per week and work overtime as needed

- Previous leadership experience is a plus
