Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a2nd Shift Production Lead- Finishing at our Chandler, AZ location.
Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM M-F (Overtime and weekend work required)
Skill Level: D
Compensation: $23.00 per hour + $1.25 shift differential
THE ROLE:
The Production Lead reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to plan department operations.
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures all employees fulfill their ESH responsibilities and sets the example for the team to follow.
- Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
- Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.
- Review production reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Assist the Production Supervisor and Production Manager with all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems- required
- Ability to pass physical capabilities assessment
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY
- Completion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period or approval of direct supervisor.
- No active disciplinary notices.
- Attendance Points must not exceed 3.
