We are seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator/Yard Team member for our customer, County Materials in Appleton, WI.

Job Duties
- Operate equipment including forklift, front-end loader and skid steer to stack, load and retrieve supplies and materials
- Clean and maintain area and equipment
- Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operation
- Radio communication with office and dispatch
- Plowing snow
- Other tasks as needed
Work Environment
- Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequently
- Carrying/Lifting 40-100 Pounds occasionally
- Standing / Walking / Climbing
- Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending
- Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder
- Sitting, operating forklift approx. 75% of workday
Physical Requirements
- Work in outdoor weather conditions
- Work near moving machinery and equipment
- Work in a noisy environment
- Work alongside moving traffic on roads
Experience & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
- Experience operating mobile equipment desirable but not required; will train
- Ability to perform well as a team
- Self-motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team
