McRae's U.S. Mail Service, Inc. located in West Allis, WI. is now hiring a full-time Second-Shift Dispatcher. Responsibilities include weekly scheduling and daily dispatching. Daily communication with the drivers is of utmost importance.
Full-Time Opening:
The work schedule would be:
- 5 days per week
- Tuesday - Saturday
- 8-hour shifts
- 2:00PM-10:00PM
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Must have excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Background experience in a customer service environment with problem resolution skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude is a must.
- Be able to pass USPS Background check.
Skills:
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to meet customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Prior dispatch/load planning experience preferred.
