- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, installs and maintenances
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with dispatching duties.
- Maintain and update office files, documents, and databases
- Assist with fleet management tasks, such as monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules
**Skills:**
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including the use of Quickbooks and dispatching software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
