Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for presenting to Board Members on a quarterly basis
Reviewing of Board of Director Materials
Coordinate and perform annual due diligence review of Outsource providers.
Oversight of independent third party service providers including auditors, accounting agent and transfer agent.
Performs qualitative reviews of the annual and semi-annual shareholder reports. Determine appropriate presentation and adherence to SEC, CFTC, and U.S. GAAP requirements (N-Qs, N-SAR, N-CSR, 10-K, 10-Q, N-2, N-1 and 24f-2 filings) and Credit Suisse policies and procedures.
Review compliance with regulations and consistency amongst filings to ensure filings are free of material misstatements.
Manage and track the performance of policies and investment guidelines
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the inter-relationship of the annual reports and the regulatory report requirements.
Ensure all appropriate controls are being performed throughout the statement generation process to ensure shareholder reports are free of material misstatements.
Responsible for CFO certification process.
Mentor and develop a team, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic

Credit Suisse Asset Management LLC's Regulatory Reporting Team has the responsibility for the Division's regulatory reporting requirements, primarily in the US, including Forms PF, PQR, ADV, TIC, and FATCA/CRS and regulatory requirements in the European Union, i.e. AIFMD and MiFID II. The Team mainly covers the Dodd-Frank requirements and hedge fund and commodity pool regulations in addition to certain tax functions. Skills and Knowledge
In-depth technical knowledge of investments, accounting (GAAP) and broad business knowledge of mutual fund industry and regulations including Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Investment Company Act of 1940 and Subchapter M of Internal Revenue Code.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheet software.
Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The salary range, if this role is being hired in New York City, is $155- $205 annually, based on various factors such as experience, education, skills, internal and external market data, etc.
