Direct Hire $20/HR (Plus, Performance Pay; $300/month)
Located in North Scottsdale – ONSITE (101 and Raintree)
Training Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm
After Training Schedules: Various shifts to choose from **must be ok with working at least 1 weekend day**
Position Details:
- High volume inbound calls.
- Supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product (apple, Nike).
- Calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.
- It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 6 months + Call Center Experience.
- Banking experience a plus.
- Must be ok with working on-site
- Strong Customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
