WE ARE CURRENTLY INTERVIEWING FOR A CALL CENTER POSITION THAT IS STARTING EARLY JANUARY 2024 IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ!
Direct Hire at $20/HR + Performance Pay! ($300/month)
Located On-site in North Scottsdale! (101 and Raintree)
Training Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm
After Training Schedules: Various shifts to choose from **must be ok with working at least 1 day on the weekend**
Position Details:
- High volume inbound calls.
- Supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase products (apple, Nike, etc.)
- Inbound calls are about tracking shipment, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, damaged shipments, and assistance on the website with purchasing product.
- It is a YES environment! (Yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points).
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- Banking experience a plus
- Must be ok with working on-site
- Strong customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
