Schedule
- Monday through Friday (8a-5p)
- Once training completed, flexibility to work from home a couple days per week is available.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and answer account or product inquiries via incoming phone calls, email, and other inbound channels
- Review orders generated from website to confirm all information for release
- Effectively communicates by phone or email with internal and external partners when challenges arise or to ensure accuracy
- Completes typesetting edits; alter the customer’s logos/artwork if needed; Layout the information in an appealing way following the correct format and templates
- Accurately and consistently process the continuous flow of work orders in a fast-paced environment to meet the service level agreements in place
- Follow processes for typesetting a job, proofing, and sending the final job to manufacturing
- Work closely with internal team and sales personnel to ensure accuracy of orders being fulfilled
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Order entry experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred
- Good telephone and email techniques, etiquette, and great organizational skills
- Successful history of learning new topics and skills quickly
- Offset and digital print concepts a plus
