Verus is looking to add an Analytics Support Specialist to our Analytics team!
The Analytics Support Specialist oversees analytics requests from internal and external customers and ensures timely delivery to customers. The Analytics Support Specialist is responsible to monitor the support requests that are coming into Analytics and provide professional customer service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the Analytics mailbox, verify, clarify, and validate the requests.
- Work with business to help prioritize analytics requests.
- Run business processes set up by analytics including loading data warehouses and SQL queries.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests including preparation of Excel spreadsheets, PDF deliverables and Salesforce reports.
- Assist in delivery of projects and reports when required.
- Assist in documenting key Analytics processes and practices.
- Foster knowledge sharing and assist with creation and delivery of best practices documentation and training materials.
- Assist in onboarding new Verus employees, specifically Verus Analytics members.
- Participate in the coordination of team building activities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-driven learner with exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills, ability to think both creatively and logically.
- Experience working with a remote team.
- Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills.
- Detailed oriented and self-directed person with top notch organizational skills and ability to work within processes.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Team-player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This is a hybrid role, consisting of in-office and remote work.
