The Summer Analyst position at Greenhill offers qualified candidates exposure to our global mergers and acquisitions business. Due to the size of the Firm, a Summer Analyst position at Greenhill provides outstanding experience and unparalleled exposure to its senior professionals. Summer Analyst responsibilities reflect the responsibilities of our full-time Analysts and include valuing companies using a variety of methodologies, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting research, drafting selling memoranda, analyzing business models and participating in due diligence and client meetings.
Requirements
Qualified candidates for a Summer Analyst position at Greenhill must exhibit a strong history of exceptional academic achievement in conjunction with a mix of strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Candidates should also have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as demonstrable leadership qualities outside of the classroom. Individuals selected must thrive while working in a team environment. Candidates must also be highly self-motivated and exhibit a strong desire to learn.
