About the Facilities-Real Estate Finance & Leasing Internship
The Facilities-Real Estate Finance & Leasing Internship Program will provide interns with a breadth of departmental responsibilities, ample opportunities for different types of training, and exposure to the internal departments and external vendors that Facilities collaborates with on a recurring basis. If you are interested in pursuing a career in Facilities, this 10-week Summer Internship will provide you a valuable experience at a complex global firm.
During your time with us, you will gain exposure to and build your knowledge base on:
- Develop a solid understanding of commercial lease types, structures, and key financial components
- Assist with the portfolio-wide roll out of our new global lease software and tools
- Aid in the creation of customized reports and presentations that connect the key data points from the new leasing software and our CMS system (FM Systems)
- Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for ad hoc requests in order to support the strategic Real Estate goals of the firm
- Conduct market research on the areas within our existing Real Estate portfolio to remain up to date with the latest market trends and competitor activity
- Compile search criteria, drawings, and other relevant information for potential new locations
Summer Internship Program at Point72

What's required
- Pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a graduation date between fall 2023 and spring 2024
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Have strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
- Have a commitment to always acting with professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrate an ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff

The annual base salary is $66,500 (USD) which will be prorated based on internship start and end date; this does not include overtime compensation. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
