KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Aligning with the Mission:
Create useful tools for helping diagnose and prevent product quality issues using OSIsoft PI and Power BI.
Observe the major processes and provide input for improvements in quality and debit.
Participate in "Managing Daily Performance" meetings.
Conduct shop floor tours alongside veteran Process Engineers.
Participate in internal customer visits for product quality follow up.
Assist in monitoring non-conform areas and shop floor standards.
Assist in problem solving and continuous improvement workshops.
Prefer candidates pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
