Responsibilities
BRG is seeking candidates for the entry-level Associate position. These positions require highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. The work will involve the execution of project tasks that may be either quantitative or qualitative in nature, and responsibilities include analysis of large or small transactions, design of statistical and financial analyses, and modeling of financial transactions.

Economics & Damages - BRG's Economic & Financial Consulting advise and provide clients with authoritative independent and related litigation advisory services based on our deep data analytics and industry knowledge. We support our clients around the world with strategic insight and expert testimony in commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Our core practice areas include antitrust and competition, class action, health disputes and investigations, intellectual property (IP), labor and employment, and securities litigation.
Government Contracts- The Government Contract team advises clients on matters that span the entire life cycle of a government procurements, focusing primarily on complex costing and pricing matters, restructuring cost accounting practices, responding to regulatory audits, and award close-outs.
Healthcare - BRG's Healthcare practice includes four specialized operating groups: Health Analytics, Healthcare Transactions & Strategy, Healthcare Performance Improvement, and Clinical Economics.

Responsibilities
BRG is seeking candidates for the entry-level Associate position. The work will involve the execution of project tasks that may be either quantitative or qualitative in nature, and responsibilities include analysis of large or small transactions, design of statistical and financial analyses, and modeling of financial transactions.
- Manage multiple tasks across a consulting engagement including modeling and client presentations
- Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform tasks which may include, but not limited to quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, and benchmark, financial statement review, and business plan assessments
- May work on data intensive projects, including analytics, governance and manipulation to support a variety of engagements
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment; collaborate with BRG experts, professionals and clients contacts to achieve engagement objectives
- Assist in preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables
- Participate in the development of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development
- Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of experience including internships
- 3.5 GPA or higher
- Desire to join a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with senior management
- Ability to work independently on smaller transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing work demands
- Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs
