Apply today to join our Team! Work at the Mars facility in Kansas City, MO. Our packaging associates will perform several duties including: picking, packing, sorting, and stacking of bags of product into cases or on to pallets while ensuring that there is the correct count and configuration in each package.
Packaging Associates must pass basic math and reading testing. Must be able to perform repetitive duties, consistent with a production line. Hired associates must wear company issued uniforms and slip resistant steel toe shoes.
Associates will be required to comply with all Food Manufacturing Good Manufacturing Policy and Procedures. Associates must be available weekends as well.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Drug Test
- Background Check
- You must be able to stand on your feet 8- 12 hours per day
- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- You must be able to communicate directly with those around you
- You must have reliable transportation
- You must be able to work as part of a team or be independent when needed
- You must be able maintain the production quotas of the area you are assigned
