Job Responsibilities:
- Verify FPA, and other quality issues.
- Assist in c/o’s and training.
- Fill in when the LL is absent or on vacation.
- Manage OJT’s for current and new employee’s.
- Have a better supplier/ customer, understanding of our processes and how they interact to complete finished product.
- Development of themselves to naturally progress to a role with more responsibility’s, and prepare the LL’s to do the same.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Manual dexterity required.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic math.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of basic technology of the area where assigned.
- Knowledge of scheduling and other management systems.
- Medium level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees and elicit work output.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- SPC training.
License, Certification or Special Requirements:
None required.

- Repeated lifting, packing of items (3 to 6 lbs.).
- Requires some heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs. of a non-repetitive nature.
- Work with sharp tools and sharp edges on parts.
- Attention to detail in inspection.
- Must work as part of a work team.
- Requires standing, walking and/or moving about for time periods in excess of one (1) hour.
- Requires some sort of repetitive turning and/or lifting motions to be performed
- Work overtime as needed
- Work with pressure of meeting schedules, personnel issues, changing priorities.
- Basic computer/PC knowledge/skills preferred.
- Work with all levels of employees.
- Perform position requirements while wearing eye, foot and/or other protective devices as required.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn including but not limited to: eyes, ear, foot and/or other protective devices as required.
