Position: Warehouse Administrator
Pay: $18/hr -$20/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Burien, WA
Type: Full-time; Temp to perm
Schedule: Day Shift
Job Description:
- Create shipping bills of lading, labels, etc
- Post inventory for inbound receipts/shipments and repack projects etc.
- Send all documentation as needed back to the customers by e-mail or fax
- Collect paperwork and information necessary for account billing
- Quality check orders picked for item #s, PO #’s, and label placement
- Perform general customer service duties (e.g., answering phones, account management)
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders (customers, coworkers, management, etc.)
- Excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and flexible
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS office suite- Excel, Word, Outlook, Access
- Understanding and application of general inventory practices
