10 Year Experienced Property/High-Rise Building Manager The Arabella Houston

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Manager with 10 plus of experience to oversee the maintenance and operations of our The Arabella Houston. As a Building/property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all building systems and managing a team of maintenance staff. If you have a strong background in facilities management, project management, and mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all building systems
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas that require attention
- Oversee the work of maintenance staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage budgets for building maintenance and repair projects
- Collaborate with other departments to address any facility-related needs or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints is a plus
- Knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff at all levels
