Reporting: Position will report to the Motor Vehicle Industry Vice President of Sales
Living Location: The living location of the Zone Manager is completely negotiable. Currrent territory West Michigan and Indiana
Main responsibilities for this position will include:
o Meeting defined, agreed upon sales targets
o Leading and inspiring the members of the Zone
o Generation of new and innovative ideas in efforts to improve the Zone and Business Line
o Execution of current sales strategies and initiatives in efforts to drive customer satisfaction and sustainable, profitable growth
o Continuous recruiting to ensure Top Flight talent
o Competence development within the sales team
o Providing clear expectations to the sales team
o Coaching of the sales team
o Evaluation of sales channel performance, offering honest and constructive feedback, and execution of course correction when required
To succeed, you will need:
Experience Requirements:
3+ years sales experience in the tooling industry
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (Business related degree preferred)
