Job Description:
What will you work on?
Spin Master is looking for a YouTube Content Creator who is innovative, nimble, and imaginative to produce content for our Bakugan and Power Zone YouTube channels. You are a creative powerhouse that’s brimming with ideas – a go-getter that loves to experiment, hungry to constantly make videos with the potential to blow up. You are a fan and student of YouTube – staying atop trends, techniques, and evolutions on the platform. And you’re a kid at heart – playful, inventive, inspired; someone who is genuinely excited to wake up and make fun content!
How will you create impact?
- Shoot and edit multiple pieces of original video content weekly for YouTube and YouTube Shorts. Potentially willing to appear on camera and provide voiceover.
- Collaborate with Sr. Creative Director on ideas, concepts and scripts.
- Conceive and edit compilations, cutdowns, and repurpose videos.
- Track trending tips, tricks, styles, techniques, formats, and subject matter to inform your creative and keep it fresh.
What are your skills and experience?
- Lead all aspects of content creation. Strong creative ideation, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results oriented environment.
- Equal parts independent self-starter and team collaborator. Comfortable shooting autonomously.
- Experienced in analyzing data and metrics to inform creative content strategies.
- Strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite. Ability to do lightweight motion graphics is a plus!
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $35 to $40 usd per hour . The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
