Provide a safe and secure environment for the cottages. Monitor, provide and document bed checks on the clients residing in the cottage at intervals prescribed in Individual Care Plans and as directed by core treatment team. Provide and develop a positive and caring environment for children in their morning routine. Complete assigned paperwork and filing in an accurate and timely manner. Administer client medication as needed. All services shall be provided in accordance with the highest professional standards and in accordance with the Chaddock Treatment Model.
As an employee you are expected to treat clients, families and staff and community members in a respectful, positive and professional manner. You are expected to contribute to a safe and positive work environment. You are obligated to follow our rules and regulations and help us comply with Federal and Illinois law and accreditation standards as it relates to your specific job. Chaddock is a drug free/smoke free environment.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience and/or training working with children is preferred.
