What We Offer
The hourly rate for this position is $14.40
- $1.75 weekend shift differential.

- Multiple openings for 5-8 p.m. and 8-11 p.m. weekdays and all times on the weekend, starting with three hour shifts.
- Will complete 30+ hours of paid training. Training schedule is flexible with a blended learning model (classroom and virtual).
- Build and maintain positive rapport with youth
- Respond quickly and effectively to highly stressful situations
- Stress management and conflict resolution skills a plus (training provided)
- Accompany youth to cafeteria during mealtimes
- Engage in outside activities such as sporting games, walks, etc.
- Encourage and promote workout time
- Participate in inside sports and games in the main gym
- Engage youth in arts and crafts
- Encourage reading
- Engage youth in different on-unit games and puzzles
- Support youth in their daily chores such as laundry and cleaning
- Encourage youth to follow unit rules and structure
- Provide problem solving tutoring to clients to help them cope with their struggles
- Engage and motivate youth to participate in discussions and activities
- Teach and encourage communication and use of coping skills
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license recommended
